Due to force majeure, bad weather or imposed security limitations or any other enforced circumstance; Jeru tours reserves all the rights to visit alternate locations instead of ones those were scheduled.
Jeru tours is eligible under certain conditions and restrictions, to change the tour date, pick-up time, drop-off time and tour route according to at its discretion with take in consideration the best benefits for its tourists.
If necessary, it may require changing the vehicle during the tour, pick-up or drop-off; to certain circumstances, in order to avoid delays, and adhere to travel, arrival and tour time.
In case any tourist is late or caused any delay, then the leader of the tour reserve all the right to continue the tour, and all expenses may occur due to tourist’s delay will be covered by the tourist himself, and tourist is not enabled to claim any compensation.
Tourists who will choose to leave the tour before its accomplished; they will not be permitted to any money back or any kind of compensation.
Jerutours Tourists are obligated to follow the guidelines of the tour leader or any other representative of our company.
In the event that we realize that the behavior of any tourist is offensive or causes inconvenience to other passengers, the tour leader has the right at his discretion to force any tourist to withdraw from the tour, without us bearing any other responsibility for transporting tourist to another place once he has been disembarked from the vehicle.
We are not responsible for the loss of any items or property of yours during your tour with us, but later on, if any of your missing items are located, you must come to our office independently to retrieve your belonging.
Any person of age under (4) years old is NOT allowed for joining day tours or package tours, but for private tours there is NO age limitation.
It’s our pleasure to apply a (10%) discount for children under (12) years of age and students on One-Day tours only.
All prices quoted do not include any meal, unless it has been declared on tour description obviously.
All entrances fees are already included, unless any has been specified on tour description obviously.
All prices quoted do NOT include Value Added Tax (VAT), all Israeli citizens must add VAT to total of payment.
The client is not permitted to claim any financial refund, unless it is in accordance with our cancellation policy, or under certain special situations that are approved in advance by the authorized decision-makers of the company. Noting that this process will take time to be accomplished.
All rates are mentioned here are valid till a further clear notification of any adjustment.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation fees are changeable according to each tour and days of notifications as followings:
For the Daily Tours:
If you cancel more than 48 hours before the tour, a 4% cancellation fee will apply.
If you cancel between 24–48 hours before the tour, a 25% cancellation fee will apply.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the tour, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the tour cost.
For the Private Tours:
If you cancel more than 48 hours before the tour, a 4% cancellation fee will apply.
If you cancel between 24–48 hours before the tour, a 25% cancellation fee will apply.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the tour, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the tour cost.
For the Tour Packages:
If you cancel more than (14 days) before the start date, a 4% cancellation fee will apply.
If you cancel between (8–14 days) before the start date, a 25% cancellation fee will apply.
If you cancel between (3–8 days) before the start date, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
If you cancel less than 72 hours (3 days) before the start date, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the package cost.
