Customers may only be eligible for a refund in accordance with our cancellation policy or in certain exceptional cases approved by the company’s management. Please be aware that the refund process may take some time and is subject to the timelines of the relevant credit card or payment processing company.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation fees are changeable according to each tour and days of notifications as followings:
For the Daily Tours:
- If you cancel more than 48 hours before the tour, a 4% cancellation fee will apply.
- If you cancel between 24–48 hours before the tour, a 25% cancellation fee will apply.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the tour, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
- No-shows will be charged 100% of the tour cost.
For the Private Tours:
- If you cancel more than 48 hours before the tour, a 4% cancellation fee will apply.
- If you cancel between 24–48 hours before the tour, a 25% cancellation fee will apply.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the tour, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
- No-shows will be charged 100% of the tour cost.
For the Tour Packages:
- If you cancel more than (14 days) before the start date, a 4% cancellation fee will apply.
- If you cancel between (8–14 days) before the start date, a 25% cancellation fee will apply.
- If you cancel between (3–8 days) before the start date, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
- If you cancel less than 72 hours (3 days) before the start date, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
- No-shows will be charged 100% of the package cost.
